I am a mom of three! I was a Director for Kids 'R' Kids for 13 years. I started my journey in ECE when I was 18. I fell in love with the creative and curious love of learning and decided to go to school for it. I have worked in all aspects of the education field and have even worked with children with special needs where I learned ABA therapy. I absolutely love seeing the children learn and explore their environment!

My Name is Kathryn Drake and I have been working with children from infants to preschool for over 10 years. I started my career in Early Childhood Education as a school aide, and have worked various positions over the years, including being a School Director for 5 years, before moving to Nevada. What I enjoy the most about working with children is getting to know each child's unique personality and watching them grow and develop skills they can use in school and in life.

Trabajo en La Petite desde 2016. I have been a toddlers teacher and have been a cook. I am now Safety Captain/Team Lead. I am a mom of two, they keep me busy! I have so much fun getting to know all of our families and kids. Each child's personality grows and develops and is such an experience to get to see that happen while they are with us.
