La Petite Academy de Gambrills

Welcome to La Petite Academy, an educational childcare center located in Gambrills, Maryland! My name is Anithia and I am the academy director. I have completed coursework and gained experience in Early Childhood Education, hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and am currently pursuing my Master of Education in School Counseling. I have been working in the education field for almost a decade and have over four years of administrative experience as a director.

Our school provides a range of programs for children including Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool, Pre-K, Junior K and School-Age programs. We are proud to be accredited by the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA) and to be in partnership with Maryland Excels.

At La Petite Academy of Gambrills, we have a dedicated team of teachers, many of whom have been with us for over five years. Some of our staff have even been with the center for more than 20 years. All of our teachers are First Aid and CPR certified and receive ongoing monthly training. Additionally, several of our staff are trained in medication administration.

We understand that it can be difficult to leave your child in the care of someone else, which is why we are committed to keeping you connected throughout the day.
