Bienvenido a nuestra guardería educativa La Petite Academy en Topeka, KS! My name is Stevi and I am the academy director. I started in the field of early childhood education in 2008 and hold an Associate of Arts Degree in psychology with a minor in child development from the University of Phoenix.

We strive to offer a loving and consistent environment for our students, who range in age from six weeks to six years, while placing an emphasis on academic excellence.

We are passionate about our school and treat everyone as an extension of our own families. My staff and I create a warm and welcoming environment and maintain an open-door policy. We plan monthly events for all families to participate in and we work hard to ensure our families get to know each other and develop strong relationships.

I'm originally from Waco, Texas (and a southern girl at heart) but I've lived here for a little over 10 years now. I have been with La Petite for six years and I have immensely enjoyed working with our young ones and seeing their families! I started as a floating assistant and slowly worked my way through every room and age group. I like watching the children explore and learn as they grow! I know they'll go on to do amazing things! In my spare time I enjoy being with friends and family.
